Cần gì nút Start nhỉ?!

Khi dùng LinuxMint, tôi rất khoái cái mintMenu (Giống nút start của windows, có textbox để search rất thông minh. Bạn chỉ cần nhập vào 1, 2 ký tự là mintMenu đã đoán ra bạn định mở cái gì).

Tôi khoái mintMenu đến nỗi khi quay về dùng Ubuntu, tôi vẫn cài cái mintMenu ấy thay cho menu của Ubuntu.

LinuxMint cũng mặc định cài Gnome Do -  1 chương trình mà tôi nghĩ nếu bạn dùng linux thì chắc chắn bạn nên dùng cái này.

Gnome Do chưa có cho Windows. Nhưng hê hê, đã có Launchy – project được Best New Project Award năm 2007 tại sourceforge.net

Download file đồng thời từ nhiều server

(Chắc nhiều người đã biết, nhưng cũng có thể có người chưa biết! )

Các trình download manager thường chia nhỏ file thành nhiều phần rồi download đồng thời các phần từ cùng 1 server (vì chỉ có 1 link, vd http://x.com/file.zip) để tăng tốc.

Khi download các phần mềm opensource, 1 file thường có ở nhiều mirror => liệu có thể download đồng thời từ các mirror ấy?

aria2c -C16 metalink-location=vn,tw ftp://ftp.chu.edu.tw/Linux/Ubuntu/releases/9.04/ubuntu-9.04-rc-desktop-i386.metalink

=> Download rất nhanh!

+aria2c chỉ là 1 cách.
+Bạn có thể dùng windows/linux/osx/other
